Return & Refund Policy

Because of their sacred nature, energised Rudraksha and puja items are not returnable unless damaged in transit. Sarees and suits can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused with tags intact. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received.
